What we do

Support built around your child

Every child arrives with their own goals — and those goals come from you and from them, not from a checklist.

AGES 2–12

Early childhood & primary

Child Play Therapy

Play-based OT · Individual sessions · Goal-led

Individual play-based occupational therapy, where your child builds everyday skills through the things they already love doing.

For parents & carers

Parent Capacity Building

Coaching · Practical strategies · Home routines

Coaching for parents and carers, so the strategies that work in a therapy session also work at 7am on a school morning.

For parents & carers

Circle of Security Parenting

8-session program · Groups & individual · Attachment-based

An eight-session parenting program that helps you read what your child's behaviour is actually asking for.

ALL AGES

Assessment

Assessment & Reports

Standardised assessment · NDIS & school reports · Plain English

Occupational therapy assessment and reporting for NDIS plans, school supports and funding applications — written in language people can act on.

AGES 2–12

Groups

Group Programs

Term-based blocks · Small groups · Skill-focused

Small, term-based groups where children practise skills with other kids — which is, after all, where most of those skills get used.

How it works

Starting is the hardest part

  1. Get in touch

A short conversation about your child and what you’re hoping will change. No referral needed to start.

  2. We get to know your child

Usually through play. Sometimes with a formal assessment, if that’s useful for funding or for school.

  3. We set goals together

Yours, your child’s, and their teachers’ — written in plain language you’d actually say out loud.

  4. We get going

Regular sessions, with things to try at home that fit into your week rather than adding to it.

For occupational therapists

Clinical supervision

Reflective, AHPRA-aligned clinical supervision for occupational therapists — restorative, formative and normative, delivered via secure telehealth.

Ready when you are

Book a session, or send us a note and we'll get back to you. There's no referral needed to get started, and no obligation to continue.
