Point Cook is the boundary: we do not travel beyond it, so if you are further out in Werribee or Tarneit, telehealth is the honest offer rather than a home visit we cannot sustain.

Because this patch is a longer drive from the rest of our week, we typically dedicate set days to it and fill them suburb by suburb. That makes sessions here very consistent — same day, same time — and it is worth knowing before you enquire that mid-week days are usually the bayside days.

Point Cook and Sanctuary Lakes families in particular tend to mix formats: a school or home visit for the hands-on work, then telehealth for parent check-ins and progress reviews in between. It keeps momentum up without paying for travel every single week, and it is the pattern we usually suggest at this end of the map.
