The inner west is the heart of our patch. Footscray, Yarraville, Seddon and their neighbours are dense, walkable suburbs full of young families — which means short travel times between visits, and appointment times that are easier to match to school pick-up and nap schedules than anywhere else we work.

Most of our inner west work happens where children already spend their days: kitchen tables, backyards, kinder rooms and classrooms. Working in the real place matters — a child who can manage their lunchbox in a quiet clinic room still has to manage it in a loud school corridor, so where the skill is needed is where we practise it.

• School and kinder visits, with teacher catch-ups built into the session where the setting allows it
• Telehealth for parent coaching and review sessions, so not every appointment needs a visit
